Firstly, Chery extends the warranty period by 90 days for all its vehicles whose warranty expire during the epidemic period from April 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020. Since these vehicles cannot be sent to Al Habtoor Motors Chery for service due to the virus outbreak, their original warranty period can be extended by 90 days. The customers are requested to finish their vehicle's maintenance or repair within the extended warranty period.
Secondly for vehicles within warranty period, if customers are unable to send their vehicles for maintenance from February 26, 2020 to May 31, 2020, will continue to enjoy warranty policy provided by Chery for the vehicle's engine and transmission.
In both the cases stated above, customers must complete their vehicle maintenance within one month after the pandemic is over to enjoy Chery's Extended Warranty benefits.
